Psychological care in the language that fits you
Language can shape how people describe emotions, family experiences and the meaning of difficult events. Being able to use Turkish, English or a mix of languages may help the conversation feel clearer and more natural.
Therapy remains individual and collaborative. Cultural familiarity can support understanding, but your own values, relationships and experiences guide the work rather than assumptions about any community.

Telehealth across Australia
Appointments are available online across Australia, including for people living in regional areas. Before starting, Fern Up considers privacy, technology, safety, clinical suitability and whether telehealth matches your needs.
Private appointments do not require a GP referral. For eligible Medicare services, a valid referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan are required and bulk billing availability must be confirmed.
