Fern Up offers telehealth psychology for adults. You can enquire about clinical suitability, referral requirements, fees, current availability or your preferred session language before booking.

Who can book?
Fern Up provides online psychological services for adults across Australia, subject to clinical suitability and availability.
Do I need a GP referral?
No referral is required for a private appointment. A valid referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan are required for an eligible Medicare psychology service.
Which languages are available?
Appointments are available in English, Persian (Farsi) and Turkish. Please mention your preferred language when enquiring.
Can funded clients enquire?
Enquiries are welcome about eligible Medicare, self-managed or plan-managed NDIS, approved WorkCover and approved victim assistance pathways. Funding and service suitability must be confirmed before treatment begins.
