Anxiety Psychologist
Online across Australia.

Evidence-informed clinical psychology for persistent worry, panic, stress, avoidance and the ways anxiety can affect sleep, relationships, work and daily life.

When anxiety starts to take over

Anxiety is more than feeling nervous. It can show up as constant worry, racing thoughts, physical tension, panic, poor sleep, irritability, difficulty concentrating or avoiding situations that matter to you.

Therapy helps you understand the patterns keeping anxiety going and develop practical ways to respond differently. Treatment is collaborative and adapted to your goals, culture, circumstances and pace.

Evidence-informed anxiety treatment

Depending on your needs, sessions may draw on cognitive behavioural, acceptance-based, mindfulness-informed and trauma-informed approaches. The aim is not to eliminate every uncomfortable feeling, but to build flexibility, confidence and the ability to participate more fully in life.
